365 days of internet browsing, spanning from January 1st, 2016 to December 31st, 2016, unfolded a surprising revelation in late 2016. Despite my consistent efforts to clear my browser history and refrain from logging into Chrome web browser, I discovered that Google had meticulously documented a total of 8,218 web pages I had visited throughout the year. This extensive list of web links resided within the "My activity" section of my Google account, unbeknownst to me until that moment.
This revelation highlighted how history, in the form of my browsing activity, unintentionally revealed a candid self-portrait of my online presence in 2016βan introspective portrayal that I consciously chose to expose to the public.
