Lignes Africaines

Client: Lignes Africaines dance festival
Role: Graphic design / identity.
Le Mans, France, March 2009.

If Lignes Africaines is a dance festival in the first place, it also raises some questions about where we come from, and where we are going.
This festival stands at the crossroads between Africa and Europe, with the question of identity lying at its heart.
Applying the idea of miscegenation to geometric primitives, this composition in the shape of a family tree became the new identity of the festival.
A collaboration with Baptiste Alchourroun.
